This was not easy to pull off because there are many resources out there that are somewhat hidden. They are either located on other pages or they are buried in other websites. We have used a two-pronged approach for this website.

On the one hand, we looked for gun-specific articles produced by other people. We’ve been lucky in this situation because there are many high-quality, third-party articles on firearms, gun maintenance, repair, and other issues.

There’s also a wealth of resources available in terms of blog posts and articles involving ammunition. However, this can only go so far. After all, you’ve come to this website looking for an original experience.

You want to pick our brains. You want to benefit from our direct experience. Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen if we were just going to present content produced by other people.

Instead, we have also gone out of our way to produce 100% original in-house content. We are very confident about this content because we have many years of gun maintenance, selection, buying, and usage experience under our belts.

It really would be a shame to just keep all that under wraps. It would really be doing the global gun community a big disservice if we were just to keep that stuff to ourselves.

Also, we have gone out of our way to present really personal gun-related information in a very direct, authentic, and explicit way. In other words, we’re not going to beat around the bush.

We’re not going to use euphemisms. We’re not going to engage in any kind of unnecessary political correctness. Please understand that this doesn’t mean that we’ve given ourselves some sort of license to be rude or offensive.

You can get that idea out of your head. Everything here is respectful, balanced, and impartial. Still, please note that this is a gun website. Accordingly, there is going to be a strong pro-gun slant to whatever opinions we share here.

I’m sure at this point this should be obvious, but just in case you are kind of still unclear regarding this, I’m making it clear now. This way, we won’t ruffle any feathers unnecessarily.

Not everybody would agree with information we present here and that’s perfectly okay with us. We are a niche site. If you don’t like our editorial slant, if you don’t like our treatment of certain subject matters, then you are more than welcome to find other online gun resources that better fit your preferences.
