Ankle: Concealment holsters that strap to the ankle. 
Carriers: This page includes magazine/clip, and speedloader, and handcuff carriers 
Crossdraw: Carry on the off-side is preferred by some who spend a lot of time in a vehicle. 
Double 9: These are "pancake" style belt holsters, with or without thumbsnap. Used for general purpose or concealment, they cover the gun very well. The Double 9 provides a wide, clean surface so clothing won't catch on the holster. 
Inside-the-pant: The most popular concealment type holster offers excellent you will need to buy pants about 2 inches bigger in the waist to accomodate your handgun. 
Inside-the-pocket: Available for concealing small handguns, they are very convenient, lightweight, and tend to be more comfortable than inside-the-pant holsters. They are often used for deep concealment and casual carry (example: fishing while wearing short pants). 
JIT: Designed for general purpose or concealment, the "Just In Time" is a simple holster that slides on the belt 
Paddle: Popular for general purpose or concealment, they provide a more stable and secure draw than belt holsters. The paddle slips inside the pants, while the holster remains outside the pants. 
Yaqui: With simplicity in mind, the Yaqui style holsters provide a simple loop of leather for the handgun to rest in. The do not provide much retention, but they are one of the fastest fast-draw holster designs made. They are very popular for action shooting competitions.
